📌1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8bd1 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 8bd1 ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 8bd1 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 8bd1 from Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 8bd1 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 8bd1 Platform is restricted to eligible persons only. To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8bd1 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use the Platform.
• You must register only one account in your own name. Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of 8bd1 or any of its affiliated entities. Employees and their immediate families are excluded from participation in real-money gaming on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or be on any third-party register of excluded gamblers. If you have previously self-excluded from 8bd1 and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to re-register.

👤3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on 8bd1, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify 8bd1 promptly of any changes to your personal details, including your registered phone number or payment method.
• You must keep your account password and OTP codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 8bd1 will never ask for your full password by phone, email, or live chat.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8bd1 support immediately at [email protected]. 8bd1 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• 8bd1 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. You must cooperate fully with any such request and provide documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• 8bd1 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Account balances held in a suspended or closed account will be subject to review. Where no rule violation is found, balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where rule violations are confirmed, 8bd1 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance.

💳4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8bd1 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following local mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International payment methods, cryptocurrency, and bank wire transfers are not currently supported.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 on all supported payment methods. 8bd1 does not charge a fee on deposits. Processing times are typically instantaneous but may be subject to delays caused by your mobile financial service provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by 8bd1 within 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawal requests may be subject to an extended review period of up to 24 hours.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. 8bd1 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Where a bonus has been applied to your account, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus play can be approved. Withdrawals attempted before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• 8bd1 may apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. Where such limits apply, they will be displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Limits may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.

🎁5. Bonuses and Promotions

8bd1 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits by the same player are not eligible for the welcome bonus offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and the deposit amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain game categories (for example, live casino tables or specific sports markets) may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Check the individual promotion terms for eligible game lists.
• 8bd1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are part-wagered will be subject to a pro-rata calculation on cancellation.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information during registration — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.

🚫6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The 8bd1 Platform must be used lawfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Colluding with other players, using software robots or automated betting tools, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of cheating intended to give an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information. Any account found to be a duplicate will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location, particularly where such access is used to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 8bd1 Platform, its software, databases, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 8bd1 staff or other players through any channel, including support chat, email, or social media.

8bd1 employs continuous monitoring of account activity to detect prohibited conduct. Findings are reviewed by our compliance team and any confirmed violations will be acted upon without delay. 8bd1's determination on any matter of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

🛡️7. Responsible Gaming

8bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only (21+). 8bd1 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform. This tool is designed to help you manage the time you spend gaming.
• Self-exclusion: you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: the Platform will display session duration notifications at intervals you configure. These notifications are designed to remind you how long you have been playing and to prompt you to review your activity.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of 8bd1.

The 8bd1 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 8bd1 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 8bd1. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

📉9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8bd1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all cases, 8bd1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8bd1 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted using SSL encryption. 8bd1 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8bd1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8bd1 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notification on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if you wish, contact the support team to close your account and arrange withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
